Jack Barker is a 25 year old photographer originally from a small village in East Lancashire but now based in Selby, North Yorkshire.
Photography was always an interest of Jack’s and was often seen with a camera in his hand while growing up. At the age of 19 Jack acquired his first DSLR camera, this interest soon developed into a passion.
Since this time Jack has gone on to take photos all over the UK and for many organisations which are listed to the right. During his final year at university Jack also worked as a photographer at a number of night clubs in the Leeds area, including The Session, FUEL, The Garage, Southern Fried and Brighton Beach.
Since graduating from university Jack has been able to upgraded is camera from the Sony Alpha A230 to a more professional Sony Alpha A77 and more recently added the A77ii to his collection.
Jack now frequently spends his days off from his day job at places such as Yorkshire Wildlife Park and the South Lakes Safari Zoo taking photos and has recently branched out into the world of studio and wedding photography.
